What type of cleaning do I need?

A Move In/Move Out cleaning is required when the home is vacant and no personal items are in the home.

First/One Time cleans or maintenance cleanings are required when a client currently occupies the home and has personal items throughout.

How Do I Pay?

Premier does not take deposits prior to a service, but does require a card on file. Payment is due the same day that the service is completed. Payment can be made through cash, or through our invoicing system. Our invoicing system will send an email where you can securely pay with a card. Tips can be made in cash or on the card through our secure system as well. All tips received from your cleaning service directly are given to the employees that serviced your home. Premier does not take any percentage of tips.

What do I need to do before Premier arrives?

Before Premier arrives the client may do as much or as little as they want to their home. If a client is expecting Premier to pick up personal items within their home, we are more than happy to do so, this may only restrict our ability and time availability to clean other surfaces in your home.
